Must have at least successfully completed their Ordinary National Diploma or A-levels in a reputable higher institution within or outside Nigeria.

Must be a Nigerian citizen or have the necessary work permits, if not a Nigerian citizen.

To become a member of the FOODCO Family, a potential employee will have to go through the following procedure:

THE FOODCO ACADEMY

This is our tailored in-house training program, designed for capacity building that drives global service delivery in retailing and retail administration.

New Recruits will be placed inan orientation program where they will beinducted and formally welcomed into FoodCo. Here, they will be equipped with adequate knowledge to help them function optimally. The organization’s vision, mission, core values, & culture are impacted on recruits at the academy, as this is key for them to understand what the organization stands for and how our customers are satisfied. Major aspects of retailing are taught to the associates, to keep them abreast with current retail practice. Each new associate will also be given training on the need for continual self-development

FOODCO academy also offers a wide range of relevant trainings both internally & externally to aid in staff performance. Associates are also equipped with required information and skills to be effective and efficient on the job. The need for continuous self-development is strongly encouraged.
